Project Description

Wilhelm Moser’s „TIMEMUSEUM“ is a fascinating journey through time between the past and the future. Through striking images, he explores the abstract nature of time – from ancient bones to the ruins of antiquity.

Living in Düsseldorf, Germany and Passavant, France.

After completing his Lehrzeit in joinery and carpentry under the supervision of his father Alois Moser, Wilhelm Moser studied at the Folkwang Schule, Essen and the Gerrit Rietveld Academie, Amsterdam.

Moser commuted between Düsseldorf and Paris until 1984, when Andy Warhol encouraged him to move to New York and recommended him to the Charles Cowles Gallery. In 1985, Moser founded The Manipulator Magazin with David Colby a remit to: Showcase the work of known, unknown, lost, forgotten, living and dead artists.

He now splits his time between America, Germany and traveling to hard-to-get-to places.
